    Hello everyone, Iā€™m new to this forum and Iā€™m currently trying to restore a device that is not booting properly. The device is stuck with the red and blue indicator lights, and there is no further activity. The device does not seem to boot or respond normally. Could someone please guide me on how to diagnose and restore this device? I would appreciate any information about the correct recovery procedure, boot mode, firmware restoration, or the appropriate tools/software that I should use. Iā€™m still a beginner, so please explain the procedure step by step if possible. Thank you very much for your help and guidance. šŸ™
