I built a version of Buster with the legacy kernel (4.4). when I try to install the media-buster-legacy-rk3328 package on the system, I get an error - unsatisfied dependencies on the kodi-rk package. I tried installing the Kodi-rk package manually, but it has an unsatisfied dependency on kodi-rk-bin. The kodi-rk-bin package is available and installed, but its version does not correspond to the links with Kodi-rk. Perhaps packages were updated in the repository, but dependencies do not work because of a complex package name (the alphabetical comparison condition is not met) ?

Buster-Legacy images for Station M1 are not being built, even though they are in targets.conf @Igor Any idea what could be happening?

I will check and fix - I am already in the middle of Bionic rebuild due to a bug and someone reported Nanopi Neo is corrupted.

I just built this image and it went through without problems.

Same here, I got my Station M1 and built a Buster Legacy Desktop image with no problems. But for some reason, they are not present for download, nor in the archive.
