I have an odroid-c2 with eMMC module flashed with Armbian_23.02.1_Odroidc2_jammy_current_6.1.14_xfce_desktop

When viewing youtube containing word composed of non-latin characters, it shows a funny symbol for each character.

How do I install the proper language for this?
