ARMBIAN 23.8. END0 does not work

Hello,

 

i installed Armbian 23.8 on my ROCKPI E.

 

When i put a LAN cable into END0, everything is quiet, no leds are glowing.

END1 works normal.

 

I used nmtui and tried to activate it.

 

Do i have to add somewhere end0? is this port not automaticly configured?

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
