I updated my system to 5.25 version, and ralink usb wifi stopped working. As i can see, there is no drivers (mt7601Usta), but drivers exists at system.

I tried to download drivers and complied it, but it didn't help me.

Does anybody use wifi ralink dongles on orange pi zero 5.25 (3.4.113 debian) ?

i'm just a newby on this matters, but also experimented something similar with my OPI PC, originaly installed armbian 5.20 and my mt7601 USB dongle worked ok

 

but when upgrade to 5,25 my usg dongle just stoped working...

 

when i check with "lsmod" command i don't see anymore the mt7601Usta module listed.. i supose it has been removed from armbian 5.25..

I've built a 4.10.0 Mainline Armbian 5.26 a week ago for my OPiOne which as an MT7601u connected, it is working right off-the-shelves.

And for the legacy kernel it was discussed enough times before: out of tree drivers need recompilation after kernel upgrades since DKMS is broken.
