September 15Sep 15 Downloaded the official version Armbian Imager. Created a bootable USB drive. Edited the file extlinux.conf for the TV box. I tried to install it, but nothing happens (I pressed the button inside the mini-jack; the USB indicator flashes five times, and Android boots up). REGLinux boots up and installs, I can play games on it. What am I doing wrong?
September 15Sep 15 You need to actually provide some details on what you have done. What image are you trying to install? What were the edits to the extlinux.conf file you tried? Are you following the install instructions found on this site (https://forum.armbian.com/topic/33676-installation-instructions-for-tv-boxes-with-amlogic-cpus) You mention REGlinux, per the instructions have you reinstalled android firmware to restore the system to clean before trying to run Armbian?
September 15Sep 15 Author I selected the aml-s9xx-box image. Thanks to SteeMan for the instructions. I haven't created u-boot.ext. Armbian has booted up. I will continue testing.
