Yes - it's clear that WiringPi is not needed for I2C.

I added the PC2 board to ArmbianIO:

Good day!!!!! Forgive me for my bad english.
I really need your help. I have orangepi PC2.
For a very long time I have been searching the Internet for a working version of WiringPi or WiringOP, but unfortunately I can’t find a working version.
I tried many installation examples, but the result is not very pleasant. I also have Orangepi one, everything works well on this device. On the OrangePi PC2 device,
I just can’t overcome the problem of working with GPIO. When installing, Wiring PI or WiringOp constantly pops up errors. ((((Some examples work in half,

Some examples work in half, there is no GPIO> PIN ..... I find it very difficult for you to properly explain what is wrong with the device. In other words, I can't use full GPIO. In all versions one and the same error, I can not use all GPIO, some of them do not work at all.
At the command: sudo gpio readall the system shows me a table, in theory everything should work. and turn off the light bulb), and some do not even respond, and do not Appearing in / sys / bus / gpio / devices. Judging by the tests, I can only use wPi: 1,3,4,5,7,11. Some people write: undefined. Some simply do not respond. I could use much more on OrangePi One GPIO (PIN), such as (wPi): 21,22,23,24,25,3,7,1,4,5,11,27,28,29. (((((((((Very I ask to help me solve this problem. I’m new to this all, it’s very difficult to figure it out, but I don’t speak much English. I would be very grateful for any help in solving this problem.

The system is installed:
