Description G12/GXL boards with memory of 1GB or lower are unable to boot because the CMA memory pool is set to high. Leaving CMA at the default 256M and providing an overlay for those who need or want the CMA higher, makes more sense than not supporting all possible memory options provided by said SoC(s). As an aside; I've noticed people have been unable to boot the Radxa Zero 512MB/1GB models using the current Armbian images. Jira reference number [AR-9999] How Has This Been Tested? Please describe the tests that you ran to verify your changes. Please also note any relevant details for your test configuration. [x] Installed and booted kernel without the current CMA…

Description All ethernet network names start with en, not just e. This is how predictible network interface names work in udev/systemd. :D Commit a57f4e2cf00da902610a6640507797e6eff071e5 already prevents managing other interfaces, for example docker and vpn interfaces (which should not be managed by netplan), but this makes it even less likely to match a wrong interface name. Translation of Jetson Nano to use a startup with efi\grub (this model does not require an installation procedure on eMMC, so it can be immediately transferred to this startup option). A separate grub-arm extension allows not to break the current state of the grub extension.sh and will allow to smoothly switch to a two-level scheme in the future. All common data for x86 and arm are placed in the upper level (in a common file extension grub.sh ), and specific additions are distributed at the third level (files grub-x86.sh and grub-arm.sh ). Changes in the name of patch files. two mandatory fields are used - a digital index that strictly fixes the position of the patch during the overlay process, the last character in the initial state is 0, this will allow you to add new patches to the right place at any time without having to rename all patches. The second required field is the name (nickname) of the user on GIT who added (is responsible for supporting) this patch in the build system. The rest of the patch file name is at the discretion of the person who adds it and it is desirable to have a description of the purpose of the patch. Please note that this name is not synonymous with the one who CREATED the pa…

Description The mt7623 family only has one board (BananaPi R2) and has not been properly maintained in many years. Instead of fully removing the family, bump the kernel to 'current' 6.6 since the SoC and also the BananaPi R2 is mainlined and shouldn't cause too many troubles. No need for 'edge' kernel unless someone plans to step in as maintainer who bumps and tests it on every new kernel release. Also: Add armhf support to Trixie (was this disabled for a specific reason? If so, please let me know. It builds fine though) Move the NETWORKING_STACK in main config to after family config to allow the family config to change it. Please note: I do not own the hardware.
