rockpro64 boot failure if usb drive is attached with firmware 6.6.39

rockpro64 board can't boot up if usb hdd is attached, if I pull out the usb it boot up correctly (Armbianmonitor log attached).

With previous firmware (6.6.36) works correctly.

    3. Adjust your preference.
