max_loop kernal parameter in pine64

Hi,

 

I need to set max_loop=128 to boot kernel parameter, I added to the armbianEnv.txt file but value seems zero when I look like that. 

cat /sys/module/loop/parameters/max_loop

How can I modify that parameter?
