Trying booting "Le Potato" with no results

Hello, I'll start by saying I'm new at those things. I have recently bought a "Le Potato" board. I was trying to install Lakka (via raccomanded link).
When I plugged in the micro SD, the power, the HDMI out ecc, nothing happened other than two led turning on (red and blue). 
What could have gone wrong?

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
