  1. I don't know where else to share this so I'm putting this here. The board recognizes and tries to the load the driver for an AR9462 QCNA222 M.2 WiFi card, but fails. 2. I had tried twice making OPi3b img but it always gave me kernel panic. The reason is my SBC v2.1 while all sources / firmware used in build framework corresponds to v1.1. 11. I'm getting this weird graphical artifact on a Radxa Rock 4SE connected to a TV via HDMI. It covers roughly a third of the right side of the display, note that the terminal window is covered by the artifact but the cursor is above it. I started from a Debian minimal image and added the desktop environment via armbian-config. The artifact is visible on both GNOME and KDE Plasma (with fully updated system on both rolling and stable) but not with XFCE. It also disappears with resolutions lower than 4K or switching to tty. Any idea what might be causing this?

  21. Filed this as armbian/build#10551 and was (reasonably) pointed here instead, since it's a kernel-code observation rather than a build-framework bug. Posting for the record — this is a question about the code, not a bug report. Could it be that I messed up? Here's a quick example …

If I reboot I usually here only some "klicks" ... I assume the disks try to spin up, but fail due to not enough power (?). To recover from that situation, I usually disconnect power (incl. the internal UPS) ... try a few times, and …

After some searching I found this: https://www.turek.dev/posts/disable-systemd-resolved-cleanly/ . Since we are on Armbian we need also remove the 00-armbian-default-dns.conf which points to cloudflare's 1.0.0.1 . 1. We probably do not need this, but just in case someone does not have it. sudo mkdir -p /etc/systemd/resolved.conf.d/ 2. We set the DNS Stub Listener to no and remove the comment from the line if applicable: sudo sed -i '/DNSStubListener=/s/^#//;s/=.*/=no/' /etc/…

  94. Hey, I also wanted to use the Rockchip VPU inside my Jeyllfin docker-container. But on my machine (RK3389, 6.6.47-current-rockchip64, Armbian v24.8.4 bullseye), I only can only see "dri": ls -l /dev | grep -E "mpp|rga|dri|dma_heap" drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 120 Oct 18 11:18 dri How can I install the missing parts? All I found when googling was finding installing for ubuntu and not debian. For the required OpenCL (libmali) I used this: mkdir -p ~/tmp/libmali && cd ~/tmp/libmali wget 'https://github.com/tsukumijima/libmali-rockchip/releases/download/v1.9-1-55611b0/libmali-valhall-g610-g13p0-gbm_1.9-1_arm64.deb' sudo dpkg -i ./libmali-valh…

Hi, I had to change the Rack 1 HDD because I got an email telling me that this disk was broken. So I ordered new discs to make my replacement. When I put my new disk my problem started. For information my old disk was perfectly visible before I changed it and the led was functional too. I have a strange problem and I'm afraid it's hardware. Currently I have Rack 1 (HDD 1) which no longer detects my disks, there are no more LEDs lighting up, we can clearly hear the HDD lighting up, but it is not visible in the CLI and not via the WebUI. Im using OMV 6.x with kernel 5.15.89 (current) stable RAID 6 with 5 x 8To Have try…

I need to turn off the pwr_led light under the armbian system, thank!

  97. Hello since kernel 6.12 led (heartbeat and mmc activity) on board rock64 don't work. I've created issue in dietPI github: https://github.com/MichaIng/DietPi/issues/7618 but DietPI is using armbian kernel. Now I'm using recent armbian with kernel 6.11.0-edge-rockchip64. Any idea how to restore led activity on recent kernels?
